Can you improve on your 5K time this February and March? Give our challenge a crack!

 

Fancy a challenge? Can you run a faster 5k?

We want to help you get fit, and believe the best way to help you stick to your routine is to track and monitor this improvement. So, across our Run Clubs we want to set you all a challenge. We want you to see if you can improve your 5k time by the end of March by tracking your performance and by joining in the sessions!

All those who can demonstrate an improvement will be in with a chance of winning a new pair of trainers from London based running retailer, The Running Works.

Here's how it works.

  1. Run a 5k, anywhere, before the end of Feb

  2. Record the time- either on Strava, another tracking app, or just your watch. Email shaun@letsgetrunning.co.uk your time.

  3. Attend 4 Work Run Club Sessions across the 2 months) make sure you register with the coach before each session.

  4. Before the end of March, run 5k again (preferably on the same course), and record the time.

  5. Email shaun@letsgetrunning.co.uk your 2nd time.

We don't care who is the fastest runner- we car a bout those who get stuck in and improve their time. All those who record a % improvement will be eligible to win a series of brilliant prizes.
