welcome to the PWP run-club
Looking forward to seeing you on our Wednesday lunchtime Run Club.
We can’t wait for our first session. We wont be going on a long run- it’s a structured session, with a variety of exercises, drills and intervals. Everyone can get involved and push themselves to their own ability level.
We also want to help you with any exercise or running goals outside of the session. We can provide you with a training plan- you can choose from couch to 5k plans, or sub 3 hour Marathon plans.

We want you to commit to a target and work towards it. It’s totally optional, but commit to a target below for the next month- and those that achieve their goal (and attend 2 of the 4 lunchtime sessions this month) will be in with a chance of winning a prize.
