We also help you improve your running performance with the Complete Runner Course- introducing you to a number of different training methods which will help you reach new levels in your performance.

I am based outside of London- do you cater for runners in different cities?
In the UK we currently only provide 1 to 1 sessions in London. This might change in the future.
How can I book a time and location for the sessions?
Following purchase we will send you a booking link, allowing you to specify a time and location that works for you. If you cannot find a time and location that works you can contact us directly to see if we can rearrange appointments and make it happen. If you cannot come to a time agreement we will issue you a full refund.
How can I be sure the sessions will work for me?
We are confident that our methods of training and coaching service is of the highest quality. If you aren’t happy with the service we will refund you the remainder of the balance the sessions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express. We also support international payments. We use reputable providers MoonClerk and Stripe to handle membership payments.
