Are you training for an event and need some expert guidance?

On one of our expert team will guide you all the way through to the big event with a tailored running training plan and a series of key sessions to get you to race day in the best possible shape!

You will get;

  • 10 x 60min Training Sessions with your coach, focused on;

    • improving running technique

    • learning key running drills and exercises

    • mastering the key endurance sessions in the buildup

    • good warm-up, cool down and recovery strategies

  • A 16 week training plan delivered via an app or desktop, including;

    • All runs fully explained

    • A strength plan with video explainers

    • Simple nutrition and hydration advice

We want to be your running guru for 16 weeks- pick our brains about any running issues whatsoever!

6 Sessions must be used over the 12 week period. If you would like additional sessions during the 12 week period (for example, should you require an additional session) then these can be purchased for an additional £60 per session
