Running is the most inclusive way to get your team outside exercising together. There’s no better way to blow out the cobwebs, and improve productivity and creativity than a Group Running Session.

One of our coaches meets your team at the office each week, either at lunchtimes or after work, to take them for a 45-60min run session. It's structured so everyone can join in and can push themselves as hard as they want to.  We also help the runners to network and train for events outside of the sessions, creating an optional online club offering training plans, 24-7 advice and an option to arrange meet ups between members.
