For £110 per week

Running is the most inclusive way to get your team outside exercising together. There’s no better way to blow out the cobwebs, and improve productivity and creativity than a regular group running session.

One of our coaches meets your team at the office each week, either at lunchtimes or after work, to take them for a 45-60min run session. It's structured so everyone can join in and can push themselves as hard as they want to. 

We provide;

  • 12 x running fitness sessions / 1 per week

  • Coach advice and support (via email and our training app)

  • Easy to follow training plans to help attendees get fit or prepare for events outside of the sessions

  • 15% off Physio consultations @ The Running Works

  • Retail offers from our partners

To provide the best possible experience for participants we limit the number of attendees for the Running Fitness sessions to 25 per group. Additional sessions or coaches can be added to the package.

We will also provide a range of promotional materials to advertise the programme to staff

We aim to demonstrate the efficacy of your investment, and will map attendees wellbeing over the course of the programme.
