We can't wait to get started. As a member you get access to;
Coach-led weekly training sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday lunchtimes
Running@News will start on Tuesday 30 April (beginners and improvers) and Wednesday 1 May (experienced runners)
Meet in the News UK reception to depart at 1pm. Classes will last 45 minutes.
All abilities welcome. The run club taking place on Tuesdays will be geared towards beginners and improvers. Wednesday will be tailored to more experienced runners. Register for Running@News on the form below.
We want to help you improve your health and fitness. To do that it would be great if you can provide us with a bit more information to help us tailor the sessions and create you a training plan (if you want one). It shouldn't take anymore than 5mins and we won't pass these details onto anyone else.
