Start a Let's Get Running Run Club. Every week one of our qualified and experienced coaches will drop by the office during the lunch hour or straight after work to take the team to a local park for a running session. We include a mix of intervals and exercises and make sure everyone is motivated and included. It's more cost effective than a gym membership, everyone can join in, and it guarantees a break and fresh air for those who join in. 

It's great exercise for internal networking and bringing the team together. There is no better way to break down boundaries than sweaty interval sessions.

How it works.

All members of the Run Club benefit from; 

1. Regular Coach-led Run Sessions

Our expert coaches take the team from the office for a high octane run session. Everyone is involved and can run to their own level. Improve technique, adapt the session to suit participants and help you gain the most from the session.

2. Training Plans and advice.

Our online platform provides training plans, advice and feedback from our team of coaches.

3. Challenges and Races

We help you train for events and come up with interesting and fresh challenges (including chances to win perks from our partners).
