Let's Get Running can provide bespoke Running Coaching sessions for your company, school, college or group of friends. A regular Let’s Get Running weekly session will;

  • Increase Motivation

  • Improve sleep patterns

  • Burn around 800 calories in one go. (Great with Summer round the corner)

  • Increased productivity and reduced absenteeism

  • Give people a means to ‘bond’ which doesn’t involve booze and fags

  • Be a bit of a laugh


Sessions can start and finish at your office, last roughly 45min and take part in parks or open spaces close by. I’ll introduce you to fast, fun interval running, show you some useful exercises and drills and work on running technique to improve injury resilience.
