Running is the purest, most natural form of exercise. We can all run but you do need some direction to reach your running potential. You can learn how to run and train effectively- improving technique and pushing the right physiological buttons to bring about significant improvement.
I am a UK Athletics Level 2 Endurance Coach, AND GB ATHLETE, COMPETING IN ROAD, CROSS COUNTRY AND MOUNTAIN RACES.
