In the episode we interview top British hopefully Beth Potter (Follow her on Twitter @beth_potter), chief volunteer marshal, lead 'shouty man', and athletics afficiando Rob Wilson, and talk to GoodGym's Axel Manzano, the self proclaimed slowest man in the field.

Axel runs for GoodGym- a running club with a difference. They run to do good, meeting up at venues across the UK and running to help others with physical tasks that they would struggle to do on their own. They also encourage runners to help tackle social isolation amongst the elderly, by simply helping out by dropping in to visit an older person while out on a training run.
